I work as a freelance video editor, mostly creating short-form content for social media and promotional videos for small businesses. Recently, I’ve been trying to expand my client base in the Philippines, but there are so many freelance platforms that it’s hard to know which ones are worth focusing on.
For those who have experience in this field, where have you found the most serious clients? Are there platforms that work particularly well for creative projects like video editing? I’d really appreciate hearing about your experiences and any advice you might have.

One thing that really helped me when looking for freelance clients was sticking with platforms that matched my skills instead of signing up everywhere. I create video content too, and after a few months of testing different places, I noticed that the best clients usually came from communities where people were serious about hiring. I also checked out opinions on is Zinn Hub worth it for Filipino freelancers and had a pretty good experience with it. It wasn’t instant, but after improving my profile and adding more examples of my work, I started getting better conversations and more suitable projects.
