      A friend who owns a souvenir shop told me tournament crowds gave his business its busiest weeks ever, but he hopes the exposure turns into returning customers. We also noticed improvements around transit and public spaces. That made me wonder how significant the lasting impact really is. Does anyone know an article or report looking at tourism, facilities, and local businesses after the 2026 FIFA World Cup in Vancouver?
