      Hey everyone! I’ve been feeling a bit overwhelmed lately with work and just life in general. I’m trying to find ways to incorporate more mindfulness and positive habits into my daily routine, but it’s hard to know where to start with all the options out there. I was thinking about trying some self-improvement apps, but I’m not sure which ones are actually helpful and not just a waste of time. Has anyone had any good experiences with particular apps that genuinely made a difference for them? I’d love to hear your recommendations and what worked for you.
