This TV is still on the floor

So I finally caved and bought a new TV during the sales. A nice 65 inch, nothing too crazy. Got it home, unboxed it, and just stared at my old wall mount. Different bolt pattern. Of course. I thought no big deal, I will just run to the store and grab a new mount. Brought one home, watched a few YouTube videos, felt like a pro. Then I tried to find the studs in my living room wall. My stud finder kept beeping everywhere. I drilled one small test hole and hit nothing. Then another hole. Still nothing. Now I have three little holes in my wall and no idea where the stud actually is. The TV is still leaning against the wall on the floor and my cat has already tried to climb it twice. I live in a downtown Toronto condo and I am scared of drilling into a pipe or electrical wire. So has anyone here actually paid someone in Toronto to mount a TV on drywall, just a basic no frills installation, and how much did it cost and how do I find someone who will not make more holes than I already have?

I went through almost the same thing last year. Bought a 65 inch TV, old mount did not fit, tried to find studs myself and ended up with four useless holes in my wall before giving up. The TV sat on the floor for two weeks and my cat used the box as a scratching post. A buddy at work told me about a company that does mount TV on wall Toronto. The guy showed up with a proper stud finder, found the beams in about two minutes, and had the whole thing up in under an hour. He even filled my old holes with spackle for free. Cost me around 150 and I did not have to worry about hitting a pipe or having the TV crash down. Best money I spent. Just call someone. Your cat and your walls will thank you.
