      I am a therapist and tired of hearing you are the professional so you must have it together. The truth is I also burn out, get anxious, and sometimes cannot handle my own emotions after heavy sessions. Is there a tool designed specifically for mental health professionals to support themselves without dumping on clients or completely burning out and quitting the field?

      That you are a therapist does not mean you are immune to burnout. The expectation to have it all together is crushing. What helped me was finding a tool designed for people who hold space for others. It gives structure before sessions and a place to regulate after heavy ones. No dumping on clients. No hiding either. Before quitting the field, read the
      liven app review written by a coach who uses it daily for her own support. She explains how morning check ins with tea became her anchor. That honest perspective convinced me professionals need help too.
