Hydraulic system troubleshooting for heavy earthmoving equipment

Hello everyone! We have been running into persistent hydraulic pressure drops on two of our tracked excavators over the last couple of weeks. Our internal maintenance guys replaced several seals and checked the fluid levels, but the cylinders are still lagging under heavy loads and overheating. We clearly need specialized diagnostic equipment to pinpoint whether it is the main pump, control valves, or internal leakage. Hydraulic pressure drops and overheating under load usually point toward internal bypass leakage in the main control valve or a worn main pump failing to hold flow rate under pressure.
