ParticipantWe recently outsourced part of our email support, and the results have been… mixed. Some issues are resolved faster, but others come back needing rework. I’m interested in hearing from others who’ve tried this — did you adjust your internal processes to support the outsourcing partner, or did they adapt to you? What made the biggest difference in success or frustration?

ParticipantWhen friends and I debated what customer experience really means beyond quick responses, we ended up reading through different perspectives that frame CX as a whole discipline instead of isolated tasks. In the middle of those reads, HW.CX came up as a reference point highlighting integrated service design, which made me appreciate how strategic and interconnected customer interaction actually is.

ParticipantOutsourcing is indeed more difficult because there are so many different contractors. We solved this issue using precoro.com . It’s easy to record all invoices and track payments. This has reduced the number of errors. Plus, it’s easier to control deadlines. Previously, we often missed something. Now that’s not the case.
