Ford Expedition making a clunk when shifting from park to drive, transmission mount?

My 2020 Expedition has started making a noticeable clunk sound when I shift from park into drive or reverse, especially when the car is on a slight incline. It doesn’t do it when the car is on flat ground, and the transmission shifts smoothly through all the gears while driving, it’s just that initial engagement that’s harsh. From what I’ve been reading this could be a worn transmission mount allowing too much movement, or possibly a U joint starting to go in the driveshaft, or even just the parking pawl releasing under load on an incline. I’m hoping it’s the mount since that’s probably the cheapest fix. Need a Ford repair immediate service that can diagnose this quickly, I don’t want to let it go and risk damaging the transmission if the mount is allowing too much driveline movement. Dynostar seems to handle a lot of Ford trucks and SUVs and they list transmission mount and driveline inspection. Anyone with an Expedition or F150 experienced a similar clunk when shifting out of park, what was the fix and was it just the mount or did it turn out to be something more involved in the transmission itself? I’ve also read that a software update for the transmission control module can smooth out the engagement on the 10 speed, but a mechanical clunk feels like more than just a programming issue. The car has about 75k on it and has been trouble free otherwise.
