I am considering a structure for investing in European projects and want to open a company in a stable jurisdiction. But I am afraid that standard registration will take too long.

I was also looking for quick ways and found out about Swiss ready-made company from SwissFirma. These are already registered companies that have not been operating and are ready to be re-registered to a new owner. This option allows you to obtain a legal entity much faster and start working with investments. I liked that the process is transparent, you can immediately understand what documents are needed and how the transfer of ownership takes place.

That’s a very common concern when entering European markets — traditional company formation can indeed be slow depending on the jurisdiction, banking setup, and compliance checks.

In many cases, investors look for pre-established solutions or faster incorporation models to avoid losing momentum on active projects. It really comes down to balancing speed with legal clarity and long-term stability.

By the way, similar “fast entry + ready structure” logic is often used in completely different industries too, where quick onboarding matters.

Curious which countries you’re currently considering for your structure?
