  Hey everyone! I’m struggling with some old acne scarring and overall dull texture that makeup just can’t hide anymore. I’m really keen on trying advanced treatments like microneedling with exosomes or PDRN. Has anyone in Manhattan tried a practitioner who actually gives great results?   Following this too. When I dealt with acne scarring, a few sessions of microneedling combined with a consistent SPF routine made the biggest difference for texture. Worth booking a consult with a board-certified dermatologist first so they can assess your skin type before committing to anything.
