Anyone else prefer artificial trees over real ones?

I’ve been thinking about getting an artificial tree for the living room, mostly because I’m tired of watering plants and dealing with leaves everywhere. Are the realistic-looking ones actually worth it, or do they still look obviously fake in person?

Would love to hear from anyone who has bought one recently.

I was skeptical about artificial trees at first because a lot of them still have that obviously fake look. But the newer ones can actually look pretty good, especially if you choose one with realistic leaves and a natural-looking trunk. I was comparing a few options recently and came across https://fauxnatural.com/ — they have quite a few different styles and sizes. I’d definitely compare the shape and materials before buying, since some look much more convincing than others. Also, it’s nice not having to worry about watering, sunlight, or leaves dropping everywhere.
