      Hi everyone,
      I wanted to share my experience with Depo Provera in case it helps someone who’s considering it. I’ve been using it as my main form of contraception, and it’s been super convenient—just one shot every 3 months, and I don’t have to think about it daily like with the pill.

      For me, it’s been effective with minimal side effects. I also like that my periods became lighter over time.

      If you’re looking for a reliable and hassle-free option, I’d definitely recommend giving Depo-Provera a try.
