I’ll admit, before I read the odds analysis on https://dragonlinkpokies.com/odds/ I was guilty of thinking I could outspin the machine to eventually land a Grand. Now, I see that as unrealistic. The Grand is designed as a long-term prize, not something you can reliably chase in a single night. I’ve shifted to playing for the excitement of features rather than the end goal. When Hold & Spin triggers, I’m fully engaged – every coin that locks in is a little victory. I especially love the moments when I’m down to my last spin, and a coin drops in to reset the counter – that rush is why I play. But I also set hard stop points. If I double my bankroll, I walk away. If I hit a Major or even a Minor that feels substantial, I bank it. These rules help me leave sessions satisfied instead of drained. The Grand is still the dream, but it’s no longer the obsession.
