      To get a US nursing job with sponsorship, start by earning a nursing degree and obtaining licensure in your home country. Next, pass the NCLEX-RN exam, required for practicing in the US. Improve your English proficiency by taking the IELTS or TOEFL, as most employers require language certification. Have your credentials evaluated by CGFNS or a similar agency. Apply to US-based recruitment agencies or hospitals offering sponsorship for international nurses. Once hired, your employer will file for an employment-based visa, typically an EB-3 visa. After approval, complete the visa interview and necessary medical exams. Finally, once your visa is granted, you can relocate to the US, begin your job, and start your journey as a sponsored nurse.
