Seeing 222 When Depressed – Anyone Else?

Lately, I’ve been going through a rough patch emotionally, lots of sadness, moments where everything feels overwhelming. During these times, I’ve noticed something strange but consistent: I keep seeing the number 222. It shows up on clocks, receipts, phone notifications… everywhere. And what’s weird is that it only seems to happen when I’m feeling really low.

I’ve read that repeating numbers like 222 can have spiritual or symbolic meanings, things like balance, alignment, or messages from the universe. But I’m wondering if anyone else has experienced this, especially when you’re going through depression or feeling emotionally drained? There’s isn’t much on this topic online, I only found this article that explains what it could mean. But I see the number 222 all the time.

It’s almost like it shows up when I need reassurance most, though I’m not sure what to make of it. Has anyone else noticed this pattern? What do you think it could mean?
