Long-term financing of education

I am interested in whether there are any instruments that allow you to create a long-term financial reserve for the education of children and grandchildren. I would like the funds to work for many years and be able to cover university tuition.

Sometimes the Swiss Foundation is used for such purposes. Capital is transferred to the fund, which is then invested, and the profits can be used to pay for tuition, development programs, or other educational expenses of family members. This creates a stable source of funding for many years.
