      A few years ago, I built a simple website to track interesting online trends and news. It started as a personal project, but it slowly grew into a full online news magazine. I work on it daily, curating and writing about what’s happening on the web.

      The site is called https://whosonline.net/ and focuses on internet culture, trending topics, and digital life. I’m proud of it, but I feel like I’ve hit a wall. It gets steady traffic, but growth has plateaued.

      For those who run or write for independent online magazines: How do you find your niche audience and keep them engaged? What are the most effective ways to promote this kind of project beyond basic social media? Any lessons learned from your own journey would be incredibly helpful.
