  Is there anyone here from South Africa who knows about the EB-3 visa? I have traveled to the U.S. for a long time to work seasonally on an H-2B visa, and now I want to obtain permanent residency. How can I do that with an EB-3 visa?

  How did you always manage to get an H-2B visa? As far as I know, they are not always available. Have there ever been cases where you did not get one? Regarding the EB-3 visa, I am currently looking for information about it for South African workers and by the way, I found an article titled “EB-3 Green Card for South African H-2B Workers” on the eb3.work website. I think you will find it useful, as you worked on an H-2B visa. The article describes how to get an EB-3 visa and the key differences between EB-3 and H-2B visas.
