Hi! I recently started selling hoodies with logos, but I’m having trouble creating mockups for advertising. I’ve heard that Photoshop is better, but it’s quite complicated for beginners. Maybe someone can tell me how to make good mockups or some programs for this?

Photoshop is a really cool program, but for a beginner it can be difficult. If you want to do everything faster, there are online services with ready-made mockups. For example, I found an article that explains how to create a mockup from scratch if you want to try working with Photoshop: https://whatstrending.com/how-to-design-a-sweatshirt-mockup/ . The article explains simple steps on how to make a mockup, add text and a logo. If you want something simpler, you can use sites like Placeit, which have ready-made templates – you just substitute your design, and that’s it!

I tried Photoshop too, but then I realized that it was easier to use ready-made layouts. In fact, it doesn’t really matter what tool you use, the main thing is to make the image interesting. If you sell sweatshirts for active people, it’s cool to show them against a natural background, for example, against the backdrop of mountains or in motion. This always attracts attention, and people see that the clothes are comfortable and stylish.
