Has anyone had their garage walkway sag after winter? I have this every year, and I’m tired of adding more. I’m thinking of tearing it all down and resurfacing. Can you tell me how I can tell if the contractors are really preparing the base properly, and not just laying paving stones on top?

If it sags every year, it means the foundation was made incorrectly from the start.

When the pavement sags every spring, it’s truly annoying. I had a similar experience many years ago, so now I’m meticulous when choosing a contractor. My neighbors in Kleinburg worked with https://oakshs.ca/kleinburg-interlocking-services/ , and I saw how carefully they prepare the base and how much attention they pay to compaction. It’s not a quick installation in a couple of days, but a full-fledged construction process. Their driveway has looked stable since then, so I can highly recommend their services.
