I like that the chefs really respect the traditional flavors while adding a bit of their own twist, so everything tastes fresh and exciting. The restaurant itself has a cool, laid-back vibe, so you can just enjoy your food without any of the stuffiness of a fine dining place. I’d recommend trying their ramen—it’s so comforting and rich!
