      Hey everyone, I’m curious about how people approach cloud application development in real projects. My team has never fully moved to the cloud — we’ve always kept parts of our app on local servers — but now we’re getting pressure from leadership to modernize. Last month we started a small proof‑of‑concept, and honestly, it turned into a mess: deployment issues, inconsistent environments, and lots of confusion about best practices. I’m wondering if anyone here has tips or real experiences to share about moving apps to the cloud or starting development in the cloud from scratch?
