Regular-season basketball and playoff games can feel like two different competitions. During the playoffs, coaches often shorten their rotations, defensive intensity increases and individual matchups become more important. Does this make playoff betting easier to analyse, or does the additional pressure introduce too much uncertainty? Which markets do you find most interesting when teams meet repeatedly in a series?

The high pressure in playoff games creates insane value if you avoid standard moneyline bets. Defense tightens up so much that totals usually crash by Game 3 or 4. My strategy is focusing on game-to-game adjustments rather than season averages. When sportsbooks adjust lines too slowly after a tactical shift, that is the best time to drop a freebet on under points or team totals. Watching how coaches adjust between games gives you a massive advantage over casual viewers.
