You can use https://comfax.com/ if you need a quick web solution to send documents without hunting for a physical machine. I was stuck in a similar situation last week when a local state department required a faxed copy of my residence proof on very short notice. Sending files directly from my phone ended up being super smooth, giving me an instant delivery receipt right on my screen. I used Municorn Fax App to convert my camera photo into a black-and-white PDF, and the whole transmission went through in under two minutes.
