I’m facing this problem: we’ve finished migrating a large online store selling home goods to a new platform, completely changed the catalog structure, and set up 301 redirects. Search Console is showing a bunch of pages with the status “Crawled but not indexed,” and the data there is updated with a 3–4-day delay, which makes it hard to understand the actual situation after the migration.

Can you advise on how you monitor the removal of old URLs and the reindexing of new product pages in large volumes to avoid losing customers? And are there any reliable methods to bulk-check the status of thousands of competitors’ URLs after their updates, since you obviously can’t import third-party analytics into GSC?

Hi there! Migrating an e-commerce site is always a real headache—last year, I nearly lost my mind when a product dropped out of search results because of poor navigation. The console is really useless in situations like that, since it only provides an outdated snapshot and doesn’t show other sites’ results. For tasks like this, I usually use an index checker – I just upload a .txt file with thousands of links, and within a minute I get an accurate report with live SERP titles. This is a huge help because SpeedyIndex operates on a pay-as-you-go basis without a subscription, and its accurate results show the real picture without caching. By the way, did you check the redirects one by one or just using a list? And how many product listings are currently stuck in an undefined status?
