      Hi all. I’m considering investing in a small tech startup but I’m not technical myself and want someone to actually audit their codebase and architecture before I commit any money. Don’t want to just take the founders’ word for it. Has anyone hired an outside team for this kind of technical due diligence? Would appreciate suggestions.

      Hi, I brought in Nomium https://nomium.tech/ to do the technical due diligence and they came back with a genuinely thorough report, code quality, architecture risks, scalability issues, all laid out clearly. Helped me negotiate the deal with actual leverage. Definitely worth it before putting money in.
