      I often hear that design is not just about appearance but also about business results. Has anyone seen a significant increase in leads, sales, or user engagement after redesigning a website? What design changes had the biggest impact? Was it navigation, page speed, mobile optimization, or something else? I am curious about real examples and lessons learned.

      We went through this last year. Our original site looked great on desktop but was a total mess on mobile, which was killing our conversions. We hired an agency for a complete website design sydney wide refresh, focusing entirely on a mobile-first approach and simplifying our checkout form. Just by reducing the form fields from seven to three and fixing the thumb-zone navigation, our leads jumped by about 35%. Appearance matters, but mapping out the user journey is what actually brings in the cash.
