Hey everyone, I run a small shop selling custom paintings and engravings, and I have started doing my own deliveries around the city. The problem is I spend half my day zigzagging back and forth like a headless chicken, and petrol costs are eating into my profits. Anyone got a better way to plan these routes?

Doing deliveries without a proper route plan is just burning fuel and time for no reason, especially when you have five or six paintings going to different neighbourhoods in one afternoon. A route optimizer takes all your stops and sorts them into the most efficient order instead of you guessing which turn to take next, so you finish the run in half the time and still have energy to get back to the studio and create more work. Plenty of small business owners swear by a good multi stop route optimizer for exactly this kind of thing, you can try one here https://routing24.com/ .

Group your deliveries by postcode or neighbourhood before you even start planning the route, it stops you from driving across the entire city just to deliver one small engraving.
