I’ve been paying attention to how I choose what to watch in the evening, and it’s almost like I avoid anything that требует усилий. Even if something looks interesting, I just don’t feel like engaging with it. Instead, I scroll until I find something really simple. Do you think this is just laziness, or is there a reason we start rejecting more complex content later in the day?

I wouldn’t call it laziness at all. To me, it feels more like a natural shift in how we process things. By the end of the day, your brain has already done enough work, so it’s not surprising that you don’t want anything demanding. That’s why I’ve started choosing interracial videos videos in the evening. These videos don’t ask anything from you — no deep thinking, no emotional involvement, just a smooth and quiet experience

Yeah, I think you’re right. It’s more about what your brain needs than about effort or motivation. I’ve noticed that when I ignore that feeling and watch something intense, I end up more tired than before. But when I choose something lighter, it feels like I’m slowly recharging. It’s interesting how our preferences shift without us planning it, almost like an internal signal telling us to slow down.
