I am a very busy person and I feel like I never have time to sit down and read a real book anymore. I want to use my “dead time” like waiting in line or sitting on the bus to learn something new. Are there any apps that are specifically designed for this kind of quick learning? Something that doesn’t require a lot of deep focus but is still educational?

This is exactly why I started using the Headway app. It is designed for those “micro-moments” throughout the day. Each summary is broken down into small parts, so even if you only have 2 minutes, you can read one “key point.” It is much better than just checking the news again. I found this breakdown of how different apps handle this “quick learning” style. For me, Headway is the winner because it feels very “bite-sized.” I also like that you can download the audio versions so you dont even need to look at your screen if you are walking. It makes “dead time” feel much more valuable and I feel less stressed about my busy schedule!
