      Hey everyone,

I’ve been managing a small rental property in El Paso and trying to figure out the best ways to boost rental income without overpricing and risking vacancy.

So far, I’ve looked into small upgrades like better lighting, fresh paint, and improving curb appeal—but I’m curious what’s actually working for others in the current market.

Are you focusing more on renovations, pricing strategies, or tenant retention? Also, has anyone worked with professional managers to optimize rent? I’ve heard that the top property management companies in El Paso TX use data-driven pricing, but I’m not sure how much of a difference that really makes.

Would love to hear your experiences!
