  I’m planning a big party for my 50th birthday next year, and I’m trying to come up with some unique entertainment ideas. I’ve already booked a live band, but I want something else that will really wow my guests and make the party memorable. I saw a magician at a corporate event recently, and that was pretty cool, but I’m looking for something a little more unexpected, you know? Has anyone ever hired some kind of unusual performer or service for a party? What kind of reactions did you get? Was it worth the expense and effort? Any suggestions would be appreciated as I’m starting the planning process now and open to all ideas.

  That sounds like an awesome party! Getting unique entertainment is the way to go, it will be a memorable event. A friend of mine once had a cigar roller at his wedding, and it was a huge hit. People were really fascinated watching the process, and everyone loved getting a freshly rolled cigar. It added a touch of class and sophistication that you don’t usually see.
