      I need a WhatsApp solution inside AmoCRM that allows automated workflows, bulk messaging, sending pictures and documents, and starting chats proactively. Preferably something stable for long-term business use. Any recommendations based on real experience?

      I’ve tested a few tools, and Talefy worked best for us. Their whatsapp crm integration feels native inside AmoCRM: open lines sync perfectly, broadcasts go out smoothly, and bots handle first-touch communication. We especially liked how easy it was to send files and automate follow-ups. After switching to Talefy, our managers stopped juggling third-party apps and focused fully on closing deals. It’s been reliable and scalable so far.
