      A colleague started receiving strange messages on Instagram,but she remained silent and didn’t want to make a big deal out of it.I wanted to understand the seriousness of the situation and help her without breaking trust,I was looking for a way to gain understanding while respecting her personal boundaries.

      How do you define the line between safely checking Instagram and obsessive control? You want to be sure everything is okay with your loved ones, but at the same time, you don’t want to cross the line and invade their personal space,how do you approach this?
