ParticipantMy fridge auto-updated last Tuesday while I was in the middle of meal prepping for the week, and now the freezer won’t go below 30 degrees. I’ve seen a few scattered tweets about this specific model acting up. Is there a way we can group up to get the manufacturer’s attention? I don’t want to just leave a solo review that gets buried under 500 other comments.

ParticipantI usually just blast them on Twitter, but that rarely works unless you have a massive following or go viral. My unit is actually fine so far, but my neighbor has the same model and his compressor sounds like a jet engine now. Grouping up seems like the only logical next step to get a real patch.

ParticipantI was looking into this because my sister is dealing with a totally different issue regarding her solar panel warranty, and we realized that strength in numbers is usually what pushes these companies to actually release a fix. It’s hard to get traction when everyone is just emailing support individually. You might want to look into starting a Collective complaint on PissedConsumer since it’s designed exactly for this kind of batch issue. It helps track how many people are actually affected so you aren’t just one voice shouting into the void about spoiled groceries.

ParticipantI’ve seen a few similar reports, and it’s definitely concerning. Firmware updates should improve efficiency, not disable core functions. Has anyone tested a rollback or reset option? In Greece, tech issues like this often come down to poor update validation. Funny enough, it reminds me of how platforms like Cleobetra https://cleobetra-greece.gr focus on stability first—updates should never break what already works.
