Hi! I recently started looking into online roulette and noticed that there are so many variations – European, American, French, as well as many themed and live dealer versions. I am particularly interested in how experienced players choose their strategies?

I went through a similar stage when I first started playing online roulette, and I understand your interest. At first glance, it does seem that there are too many options, but over time you understand: this is the beauty of the game. For example, I started with classic European roulette on this website, since the probability of winning is slightly higher there due to one zero. Then I tried French roulette – I really liked the additional rules, such as La Partage, which make the game more profitable for the player. American roulette is less attractive to me because of the two zeros, but sometimes I play it for variety. As for strategies, many players choose simple systems for themselves, such as Martingale or Fibonacci, but in practice I realized: the main thing is to control the bankroll and enjoy the process, and not chase winning at any cost.

I was once in the same situation as you, and the first thing that surprised me was how much the gameplay differs in different types of roulette. For example, the European version seemed the most convenient to me, because it has a smaller casino advantage, and this gives more chances for a stable game. French roulette is also pleasant to work with thanks to additional rules that allow you to keep part of the bet if the ball lands on zero. Personally, I try to choose strategies based on my mood and budget: sometimes I play carefully, making small bets on red/black or even/odd, and sometimes I use bolder combinations if I want to add excitement. With live dealers, the atmosphere becomes completely different – as if you were sitting at a real table, and this makes the process even more interesting. Over time, I realized that the most important thing is not to chase quick profits, but to have fun and maintain discipline in betting. This is the approach that brings the best results.
