      Has anyone used Swissair to report lost baggage, delayed luggage or missing items and actually received a priority trace, reroute and timely delivery or compensation without long hold times?

      A business trip nearly unraveled when checked baggage failed to appear and essential documents were inside, so I photographed the empty carousel, scanned the bag tag and boarding pass, recorded a short clip of the belt and saved tracking screenshots. All files were bundled into one packet and submitted at https://swissair.pissedconsumer.com/review.html . The case was assigned to a priority trace team that verified tag scans, rerouted the bag to my hotel and provided a delivery window with tracking. Email updates arrived until the bag was delivered, and clear timestamps plus tag photos sped the whole reroute.
