I like scheduling documents to be sent later because it saves time, but I’ve heard it can actually create security risks. I’m not sure how a delay could lead to problems, especially for sensitive files. Does anyone know where I can find a detailed explanation of these risks and how to prevent them?

I read about this on worldstartupfactory.com and it made a lot of sense. They explain how postponed sending can backfire if settings change or if encryption isn’t active, causing files to reach the wrong people. The article also lists easy precautions to avoid this. It’s a short read, but it completely changed how I schedule my messages.
