I came across a wallpaper design with moths in an Art Deco style and honestly kinda liked it, but I’m not sure if it’s too odd for a dining room. Has anyone used insect-themed patterns before? Can it actually look classy or is it just too quirky?

Funny enough, I had that same reaction — wasn’t sure if moths would feel weird, but I ended up going for it with the Art Deco Moths wallpaper from California Wallpaper, and it turned out so cool. The pattern is super balanced – geometric, stylish, and not at all creepy. The gold tones and symmetry give it this vintage glam feel, and once it was up, it totally elevated the space. It feels artistic more than literal. I paired it with brass accents and a dark wood table, and now it’s my favorite room in the house. If you’re on the fence about something a bit different, I’d say go for it. Here’s the one I used https://california-wallpaper.com/collections/dining-room/products/art-deco-moths-3702 – definitely unique, but in a good way.
