  Electricity bills have risen significantly. I am considering switching to a nighttime tariff, as my washing machine, boiler, and dishwasher operate at night. However, I am uncertain where to begin—do I need a special meter, and where should I go to obtain one?

  My husband and I recently signed up for a nighttime rate in Poltava. Everything is clearly explained here: https://poltava24.com.ua/yak-pidklyuchyty-nichnyj-taryf-na-elektryku-v-2025-rotsi-u-poltavi-ta-poltavskij-oblasti/ The main thing is to have a two-zone meter. If you don’t have one yet, you can apply through your supplier or order installation from the energy company. After that, you fill out an application, show your documents, and the tariff is officially activated. After the switch, we pay significantly less, especially for nighttime laundry and heating.
