  So, my dad recently bought me a car, but the car is in New Jersey and doesn’t have a license plate. I was wondering how I could move the car from New Jersey to Pennsylvania without using a tow truck company. I would like to point out that I can’t drive to New Jersey because of work and also because I have no way to get there initially. I was thinking about getting a temporary driver’s license number, but I’m not sure how I can get it to New Jersey.
