Hey folks! I work in a small IT team — sometimes 3–5 people, sometimes more depending on the project. We often juggle multiple client‑side tasks, bug fixes, spinning up new features, and internal maintenance. The problem is: our workflow is all over the place. We use separate tools for bugs, chats, and to‑do lists — which means things slip through cracks, tasks get duplicated, and we lose track of who does what and when. I’m looking for a tool built with IT‑teams in mind: where tasks, tickets, feature requests, bugs — everything — can live in one place. Does anyone know something like that, preferably easy to adopt and flexible?

Absolutely — our team was in exactly that situation until we discovered Taskee.pro https://taskee.pro/solutions/it-teams/ and it changed how we work. The platform lets us handle everything: feature requests, bug tickets, tasks — all in one board. We can assign tasks to team members, set priorities and deadlines, and even attach files or screenshots. What’s really convenient: we don’t need separate tools for bugs and tasks any more. Everything is unified, so we don’t waste time switching apps. It made onboarding new team members faster, and now everyone sees what’s in the backlog, what’s in progress, and what’s done. For a small or mid‑size IT team — this is a solid core workflow.
